
Dr. Anna Weis is a Connecticut State licensed clinical psychologist who completed her predoctoral internship in clinical child and adolescent psychology and her postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric psychology.

Dr. Weis has experience providing therapy and psychological assessments in community mental health, research, and hospital settings. She was also a former neuropsychology technician for Dr. Megan Marsh in 2021-2022. She specializes in working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depressed mood, or having difficulty coping with and managing stressors at home or school. She also works with children and adolescents who have developmental disorders, including ASD and ADHD. Dr. Weis utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment-based strategies.
In her free time, Dr. Weis enjoys hiking, reading, and baking.
Trained in a variety of treatment approaches, we will work with you to determine the best combination of treatments. This may include Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others.
