Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling
Bachelors degree in Psychology
Following graduation from Boston College, Tara worked in the counseling center at Fitchburg State University in Massachusetts, working with adolescents and emerging adults around concerns such as navigating life transitions, depression, anxiety, academic adjustment, relationship/interpersonal difficulties, gender-identity exploration, family of origin dynamics, trauma, and life stressors. In her free time, Tara loves to exercise, cook, and read. She takes every chance she gets to return home to the Adirondack Mountains, and can usually be found spending time with family and friends.
